TO PURCHASE A WIZEAPE PRODUCT YOU MUST BE OVER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE
WizeApe Age Policy mandates that purchasers are eighteen(18) years of age or older. Any sale of WizeApe products to a legal minor constitutes a violation of our terms of sale. WizeApe requires purchasers to complete a legal age certification statement as a requirement of our checkout process.
SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Our team works to process and fulfil your order typically within 24hrs of operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm AEST). All pricing is calculated and finalised at checkout. All standard postage orders take 2 – 3 days delivery to major capitals and 3-4 day delivery for areas outside the CBD, rural areas may take longer. All express postage orders take 1-2 days delivery to major capitals and 1-3 days delivery for outside and rural areas. Please note that due to COVID restrictions and peak holiday periods, couriers are experiencing delays and these times may be extended. All orders are sent a shipping confirmation, tracking number and link to track your order. Please note that we will ship to PO Boxes or postage lockers at customers expense ONLY. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on QLD public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, our team works to process and fulfil your order typically within 24hrs of operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm AEST). Shipping services, delivery times and prices vary depending on your location. A specific delivery timeframe and cost will be quoted to you at the checkout. All orders are sent a shipping confirmation, tracking number and link to track your order. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
FAULTY & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Products may be returned if they are deemed faulty or arrive damaged. Faulty and damaged item claims are at the discretion of WizeApe. All claims must be made within 5 days upon receiving the items and must be made with all the required claim information stated below.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
In the rare instance you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. We may request that the incorrect items be returned to us and all items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. Incorrect item claims are at the discretion of WizeApe. All claims must be made within 5 days upon receiving of the items and must be made with all the required claim information stated below.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer returns for ‘change of mind’. All claim information and requests must be accompanied with the orders full name, order reference number, photographic evidence, a description of the situation and why you require a return or refund.
